What it's like working with us

You will become part of a rapidly growing and fast-paced startup in a disrupting energy market. Our customers are primarily large organizations within the real-estate, retail, technology and industry sector. We are now looking for a new team member to join our journey when entering the European market and scaling our team. 

Through comprehensive onboarding and continuous training, you will learn about recruiting best practices (sourcing, interviewing, employer branding), while getting to know our market and business. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with all parts of Eneo and:

  • Drive Eneo’s recruitment operations: source candidates, conduct screening interviews, reference calls
  • Set guidelines, routines and structures to standardize recruitment processes and make sure they are in line with Eneo’s values
  • Support and advise Hiring Managers with recruitment tasks ensuring recruitment is carried according to Eneo’s standards
  • Conduct screening interviews and reference calls
  • Design and write ads and continuously develop our career page and Eneo’s employer brand

For this role, we believe that experience (minimum of two years) from a recruitment consultancy or from working with recruiting in a high-growth environment, is particularly important. You need to have a solid understanding of professional full-cycle recruitment.
